Privacy Policy

As of November 2026. This privacy policy applies to the vibeserv waitlist page. The German version is authoritative.

1. Controller

2. Data protection officer

3. Visiting the website (server log files)

When you visit this page, the web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser type). This serves the secure and stable operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is deleted after a short time. We use no tracking or analytics services and no marketing cookies. Fonts and all scripts are served from our own server; no data is transmitted to third parties.

4. Local browser storage

If you switch between light and dark color scheme, your browser stores that setting locally (localStorage). The information never leaves your device and is used solely for display (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).

5. Waitlist

Purpose: We email you as soon as vibeserv is available.

Data: email address, selected language, time of sign-up and confirmation, a hashed (non-reversible) value of your IP address for abuse prevention, the origin of your visit (referrer and, where applicable, campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_campaign or ad click IDs), and, if you provide them voluntarily, your role and areas of interest (Code, Verify, Operate).

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Sign-up uses double opt-in: you receive an email with a confirmation link and your sign-up only becomes valid after you click it. We use the origin data to assess the effectiveness of our advertising (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention: until you withdraw consent or until vibeserv launches and you have been notified; after that we delete the data unless you create an account. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days.

Withdrawal: you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by writing to info@invokable.gmbh. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

6. Recipients and processors

Data is stored on servers operated by invokable GmbH or its hosting providers (processors). Data is not passed on to other third parties.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.

8. No automated decision-making

No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
